In 2013 Vineet founded a boutique consulting organisation, Evolution Strategy Advisors LLP in Gurgaon & Mumbai. His consultancy focuses on devising & executing tailored strategies for the business transformation of consumer companies through operational strategy, marketing, sales, GTM plans and business diagnostics
.
Notably, through his innovative "Business Health Analysis," technique he has partnered with respected companies such as Pepsi, Mahindra, Tata Motors, Goodyear, Pfizer, Abbott, Cipla, Lupin, Asahi, Faber Castell, Camlin, General Mills, Saint Gobain and many more.
Vineet has managed business transformation for some of India’s leading corporate: Tata’s: Titan, Murugappa Groups: Parry and Carborundum Universal, improving their profits and sales, enabling more than 300% growth, adding over 1000Cr to their topline.
His last corporate assignment in 2012 was as Chief Marketing Officer & Head of Strategy at Usha International. Before this, he was Vice President & Head of Marketing for CavinKare. He managed most of the Tata brands at FCB Ulka advertising as Business Head and GM. He was the Sales and Marketing head for an OTC business of Beiersdorf India and before that, the first head of marketing for Pidilite’s Fevicol division in 1999.
At the age of 27, Vineet became the head of sales and marketing for Ahmed Oil Mills (Postman Oils, one of India’s esteemed legacy brands).
His career commenced in 1990 in a B2B business as a Management Trainee in Voltas, Electrical Business and he went on to join ABB Ltd as a sales head for electrical equipment: capacitors.

Vineet holds a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Manipal Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, complemented by various executive development programs at IIM Ahmedabad.
