Steve Blair

Steve Blair is a passionate SHRM certified People and Culture executive leader and advisor with a unique combination of commercial, entrepreneurial and organizational development experiences across a wide range of organizations including Procter & Gamble, Ghirardelli Chocolate, Walsworth Publishing, and most recently served as the Vice President of People & Culture for Harvest Group. Steve is the founder and lead advisor for the Culture Collaborative, an advisory service helping organizations strengthen and scale their Culture and People Operations through rapid growth, and currently serves as Chief People Officer for Fulcrum Collective, a portfolio of traditional and tech forward companies.

Steve is passionate about helping individuals and organizations discover and live out their purpose at work. He serves on the Workmatters board, and has served as Board Chair for 10 years.

Steve lives in Northwest Arkansas with his wife of 28 years.
