Managing Partner
Scott Brown is a Managing Partner at Velora Capital, an investment bank with a focus on middle market healthcare and technology M&A. He brings a unique skill set as a 4x Founder, Inventor, Executive, and Board Member. Prior to investment banking, Scott was CTO at Player’s Health, Revealix, Zipnosis, and OneOme and CEO at Transfur, Willow Wrap Innovations, and Ulfberht Software Systems. His experience spans over 25 years at public and private companies and includes building, scaling and transforming VC and PE backed companies. Throughout his career he has been involved in many fundraising events and M&A transactions. With his vast operating experience, he advises owners and business executives on liquidity goals, recapitalizations and exit strategies. He holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering from Iowa State University and has executive education from MIT's Sloan School of Management.
