Samuel Gibson is the Founder & CEO of Hadron Energy, a leading U.S. microreactor company pioneering a new class of 10-megawatt light-water modular reactors for data centers, industry, and national security. Recently named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Class of 2026 in Energy & Green Tech, Gibson is one of the youngest executives in advanced nuclear, driving a first-of-its-kind commercialization path with a proposed $1.2B public listing.
Under his leadership, Hadron has filed key regulatory submissions with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, built a world-class team of nuclear veterans and advisors, and secured gigawatt-scale customer interest from hyperscalers and industrial operators.
A mechanical engineer by training, Gibson began his career with a simple idea: that America needed a faster, safer, commercially-viable path to nuclear power. Today, he leads one of the industry’s most ambitious efforts to bring microreactors from concept to deployment by the end of the decade.
