I’m Leah, a results-oriented business builder passionate about turning companies into powerhouses. My journey started with a strong foundation in finance and accounting, earning my CPA and a Masters in Accountancy. But I was drawn to the bigger picture, which led me to pursue a Masters in Organizational Leadership.

As CFO at both Oxbow Industries and FactRight, I've honed my skills in financial strategy and operations, seeing firsthand how numbers can drive growth. Now, I’m excited to share that experience through Private Equity as a Service™, helping other businesses reach their full potential. I’m building a supportive ecosystem that nurtures companies and communities, creating something more than just a financial return.
