In late 2007 just as the financial crash was taking
grip, Graeme and Leanne Carling, quit their jobs to
get into the property business. With enough
savings to cover their bills for 3-months, they began
their journey to becoming one of Scotland’s largest
private residential landlords, before pivoting into
business acquisitions, diversifying their portfolio.
Today, British entrepreneurial couple, Graeme and
Leanne Carling are the co-founders of international
family investment office, The Carling Group, GCC
Equity Partners, and sustainable building services
group, United Capital.
With expertise in the property, finance, and
business sectors, they speak from a position of
authority on all matters property related, plus
international investments and the global economy.
