This is the ultimate reason why Adam Williams, a lawyer, alongside his wife, Jackie Williams, an accountant, launched Pennywise Tax Strategies in 2023. They are flipping the bird at traditional methods and making damn sure their clients don’t get screwed by the IRS.

They tag team to put more money in business owners’ pockets with kick-ass tax strategies pulled from the depths of the tax code. With a shared mission of helping entrepreneurs save tens of thousands of dollars (or more) on their taxes and defunding the IRS. Since they launched, they have helped small business owners save $75 MILLION.

Before launching Pennywise Tax Strategies, Adam founded Rust Belt Business Law in 2010 out of a desire to support entrepreneurs through all of the legal ins and outs of starting and growing a business. After growing his law firm to multiple seven-figures, and reaching the Inc. Magazine list of fastest-growing companies, Adam began speaking more frequently, coaching entrepreneurs, and scaling other businesses.

Adam fiercely champions entrepreneurs, driving them towards unimagined success in business, while sparing no effort to help them persist through the inevitable setbacks and pitfalls. Adam recently launched a new career as a public speaker providing insight to business owners on how to reduce tax burdens throughout the year. This month, he will be releasing a book titled, “Everything Your Kids Wish You Knew About Owning a Business” providing life lessons from generations of entrepreneurship. Additionally, he co-hosts Maverick Mindset Show, every Wednesday at 9 a.m., alongside Ashley Muckinhaupt to offer best practices and advice to leaders who aren’t satisfied with the status quo and have a desire to make a true impact on the world around them.

Don’t worry – Adam is well educated too – in fact, he received his MBA and J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh back in the early 2000s. His businesses also earned accolades from Inc. Magazine, Great Place to Work, Erie Reader, Junior Achievement of Western Pennsylvania, the Law Firm 500, and Super Lawyers. He is also a repeat champion of the office cook-offs.
